Hello and welcome to our sangha. We are a meditation and mindfulness community based in central Vermont.Our approach is inspired by the Plum Village tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.You are invited to join our weekly practice on Monday evenings at 7:00. We meet in the studio of Yoga Lab Vermont, located at 961 US Route 2, Middlesex, VT (next to Red Hen Baking Company).

The Monday sessions run from 7:00 pm to about 8:45 pm and typically consist of

  • Twenty minutes of seated meditation - we provide cushions and blankets, and you are free to meditate in any position that is comfortable for you

  • Ten minutes of walking meditation - indoors when the weather is cold or rainy - outdoors when it's nice

  • Another twenty minutes of seated meditation

  • Readings from selected texts

  • Dharma sharing - the opportunity to share, if you'd like, any thoughts concerns, feelings you may have, and also to practice deep listening. Anything shared in the group is held in strict confidence
